Grilled Steak + Dipping Sauce | Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

8 tbsp. butter, melted

4-5 chives, minced

1-2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)

3 tsp. thyme, minced

1-2 tbsp. horseradish

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Let the sauce sit and thicken a little and stir again before serving.
