This healthy lifestyle really works!
I have a report update. I have been watching and counting my steps on my watch for a while now. So, on May 1, I created an Excel spreadsheet to actually track it. From May 1 to May 7, 1 walked 107,743 steps. On May 8 - May 14, I walked 122,661. So, in the last two weeks, I have walked a total of 230,404. And I am down from 216 to 180 lbs. This healthy lifestyle really works, been on this journey with my wife since January of this vear.
