Last month I focused on getting my exercise routine going and consistent and reducing snacks and sugar. No weight loss just muscle gain. This month I started intermittent fasting from 7pm to 9 am which requires exercising during my fasting time. I thought there was no change and I should go back to eating before the gym... until I put a pair of pants on that have been almost too tight lately! They fit comfortably so I weighed myself... 2.5lbs lost this month so far! Things
