Since Joining DLG I’m Down 21 Pounds
Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took! This is my third Crew! I have been on a roller coaster of weight loss for most of my life. I am 63. I changed many things in the past few years. I always get stuck and then gave up! Since joining DLG I’m down 21 pounds. I have more to go! But this has truly been the easiest thing for me. I feel better and want to get off the rest of my meds! I’m here for the long haul!!
