For all my kidney disease fighters, when your renal Dr says it's impossible to reverse CKDs, well blood work don't lie. I've been diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD for 2 plus years now, today my GFR is 69.2 Stage 2! Still Have a little protein in my urine but my numbers are dropping. Feel my GFR will climb even higher once the protein is normal. Have faith and keep on the DLG Lifestyle. No matter what health conditions your facing I believe our bodies are smarter than the Drs. Except for DLG. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all your knowledge, for slowly getting me outta the sick care system and guiding me into Real Health. FYI Im no longer anemic. Theres so much more but lets just say all my numbers are improving. All my hard work is paying off!
