My Life Is So Much Better Since I First Listened To Your First Video
Today is 1 year since I started crew 35, and made this lifestyle change!! I feel so thankful for DLG and knowledge I've gained through his videos and the 10 minutes workouts have changed my body!! It works and worked!! This is so hard to share my before picture, but here it is from October 2022 from Hawaii and since then I've been able to maintain, l've never been able to maintain any weight loss. Like DLG says, "the 100 pound club" I was a gold member! Lot. His supplements work and I've built a regime and lifestyle that will continue. l have never felt better in my life and wish I would have found this information earlier in my life. So I share with others when they ask and have mentored a few people. Thank you Or livingood, bless you and your family and coaches!!
