My GERD Is Gone!
Just have to say, I'm loving this new way of eating! Had Applegate turkey breast lunch eat and it actually tastes like turkey! Love my lemon water in the morning, the coffee in the morning with coconut oil, butter, collagen powder and cinnamon, and ACV in my water before bed! My Gerd is gone! I'm losing inches and pounds and I have more energy. My blood sugar went down too from 5.9 to 5.6! Thank you Dr. Livingood and Jessica Livingood!
