Yay!! Been on DLG plan for 5 weeks now and my blood sugar is normal again!! l'm so happy. The report of pre-diabetes scared me into this dietary change as my family has many members with it and a few tragically died with it. l'm staying the course!! Thanks everyone for encouragement and tips along the way!
