Looking Forward To Building More Onto A Healthier Lifestyle
I thought I'd do my "recap" for the week. Monday and Tuesday I did the nutrition as I planned. I was at least 80% DLG approved. Wednesday and Thursday I don't even remember what I did for food but probably all junk. Friday was a day of fast food and pizza. Yesterday I did a juice cleanse. I've stayed consistent with my teeth brushing and taking my vitamins and supplements. After work I will see what is still good out of my fridge. Hopefully I didn't lose all of it not using it. A habit I desperately need to change. I will set one of the goals to adhere to the meal plan I create from what I can use that's left. I will also fill in my journal to help keep me focused next week. Looking forward to building more onto a healthier lifestyle this coming week. I'm not seeming so overwhelmed breaking it down into 1% progress each day.
