I've Still Been Able To Maintain My 30lb Weight Loss

Hello everyone! This is my fourth crew and am loving this lifestyle. Ended last challenge with bruised ribs and still nursing them starting this challenge so no 10 mins for me of workouts. Been trying to walk and just keep moving. I've still been able to maintain my 30 pound weight loss. Hoping to get off the few meds that I am on or at least get them halved after this challenge. Stick with it you won't be disappointed. follow the lifestyle and get 1% better each day. Isn't a race it's a new way of life eating and lifestyle. FOREVER!!! Listen to the coaches and don't be hard on yourself. We are all human! * LET'S GO!!
