I've Lost 8 Ibs. This Challenge And Weaned Off My Gabapentin!
John David Massey a.k.a. "Rocky" age 49. I Started 3 years ago in Crew #10 & was the Livingood Daily Award Winner! I've lost 8 Ibs. this challenge and weaned off my Gabapentin! My blood pressure is looking better today but I have worked very hard to keep it under control while rehabbing a knee injury this challenge! I'm actively involved in the Livingood Lifestyle through each challenge & have carried our torch into the community.
