I've Lost 60 Lbs, 34 Inches, And I'm Off My Blood Pressure Medication
I'm 64 years old and started DLG a year ago weighing 267 Ibs and wearing a tight XXL. I've lost 60 lbs and 34 inches. I'm off my blood pressure medication and wearing comfortable fitting XL. I was doing the 10 minute videos faithfully, I struggled with the knee bending ones and was unable to do the abs. I broke my pinky toe, did what l could until I was in a car accident in July. I've been in PT
since, not doing the 10 minute workouts. I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees which explains why I struggled with the exercises that required me to bend my knees. I will return to the 10 minute workouts in the next challenge. I eat
breakfast before I leave for work at 11:00 and my lunch is at whatever time l'm scheduled for. I still struggle with eating when I get home at 8:00, but make sure it's something healthy. I take many of the supplements and feel so much better. I have started taking the collagen twice a day, I think it's helping with my knees and the saggy skin. I look forward to the next challenge. I have 60 lbs left to go.
I highly recommend this lifestyle. It works even if you don't follow it 100%. I promise you won't regret it, I don't.
