It Only Takes 1%

I started this group in #crew27 my weight was 195 in Dec 1st 2021. As of this morning l'm under 180 that's a big step for me. Like everyone tells me it only takes 1%. I still have a long way to go but l'm going to do it to feel better and a healthier me.
