Hey! I’ve been here since Crew 54 and slowly getting traction, focusing on small changes each month. This round I have printed my journal sheets and aim to follow the plan closely for the next 21 days. So far my inflammation is down, but I still struggle with belly fat. My energy is up but could be better. I’m in this with you! Let’s get better 1% at a time!
