Hi! I'm on my second challenge. I was part of #crew46, but had an interesting July. In spite of that, I started making changes in my diet, doing the 10 minute workouts most days, and I've already dropped almost 10 pounds! My desire is to be healthy - the best version of myself. I want to be around for my grandkids and my future great grandkids and able to play with them!!
