I Will Not Give Up On The Lifestyle

I lost 10 lbs and just made small changes and am continuing to make those 1% changes. If I keep doing my DL coffee daily I find my appetite has been significantly reduced, I am learning new things and implementing them as I go along, I have met my goal weight and lost a dress size but have to admit that although I walk 3 miles most days I have slacked off on the 10 min exercises. When I do that and start back I am sore at first but that tends to go away after a few days. Choosing to get back on track in spite of travel and many activities that are a hindrance to being consistent. I will not give up on the lifestyle it has proven to increase my energy and my balance. I feel so much better than ever and even if I take a vacation day I don't beat myself up over it.
