HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO ME!
One year ago today I joined in the LGD crew 33 (even though the challenge didn't start until June) on a year subscription. Little did I know that it would surpass my expectations and 8 months later became a lifer.
This lifestyle is easy because we are given the tools that helps us. Research is already done. I have a lifetime of information at my fingertips and so glad I took a leap of faith.
You know what the best part of this journey is? It's YOU! It's each and every one of YOU who show up, post, comment support and encourage one another.
WHY? Because YOU MATTER! We're on this journey together regardless of where we're at. New or years of experiences, we come together for the common goal of making ourselves healthy.
