I Feel So Much Better After I Do My 10 Minute Workout
Woohoo! Even if each day wasn't perfect- every step in the right direction counts! Even a mental shift towards thinking HEALTH, getting HEALTHY is good. I am really working on getting the 10 minute workouts in DAILY. This is a struggle for me, but I'm determined, and it's SO helpful that DLG has simplified it like he has. Something about picking just 3 exercises with 3 reps- 10 minutes is just SO much more doable. And when l do them- wow! I definitely feel so much better that day. Thank you so much #DLG and #crew41!! This is such a great thing you're doing here - for people and their health/outlook!
