Day 10 in the books!! Habits being ingrained...Proper water intake and daily
workouts. Also working on nutrition, including ACV. Just back from my Doc... BP
down significantly. Recent blood sugar numbers also trending down. Cholesterol
#'s look good; next step is to get off meds. BUT...baby steps. Yay!
