14 Lbs And Two Notches On The Belt Lost In One Week
Okay, I'm a little shocked. I started this Crew at 222 Ibs and a goal of 195. Today the scale said 208 Ibs.! That's 14 Ibs. and two notches on the belt in one week. I haven't done great on eating yet because I can't bring myself to throw out half of my fridge. And I'm a pasta-holic. I grew up with Italians sooo... I'm working on it. Intermittent fasting a couple days a week helps. My insurance pays for a gym membership so I'm doing the 10 minute daily workouts but adding in three days of weight training to build on my strength. I think this proves that this program works even if you aren't perfect with it, but, like DLG says- 1% better each day and you'll get there. Eating better is my next challenge.
