10 Minute Workout Benefits!
Discovered an added benefit of those 10 minute workouts besides weight loss. Had my first cataract surgery today. Since post op instruction cautions against bending over, I realized I could still retrieve dropped stuff by doing deep squats---an easy feat after those workouts...and not bad for someone turning 74 in a few weeks. Being able to do squats and get up from the floor unassisted are skills we need to keep the ability to do as we age. Thank you. DLG lifestyle!
