Down Another Pound This AM!
Down another pound this AM! Definitely motivation to workout!! Done & Done!
This is my 2nd challenge and l'm really starting to adapt to it. Excited for my
coffee this morning because my first chocolate collagen was delivered last night
I've been doing IF nearly 100% of the time using water with lemon, cucumber,
mint & ginger infused, bullet-proof coffee and sometimes the berry shake with
spinach & collagen or the greens juice.
