My Digestion Has Improved Significantly

I wanted to say that my digestion has improved significantly since l began this challenge! It's been unbearable for over 2 years, and I've seen multiple doctors and had multiple procedures (endoscopy and colonoscopy, then lots of corticosteroids for my skin)-- but no one has helped with the gut issues until now-- so grateful.
